Return and Guarantee Policy
If you experience a problem with any of our products, shipping, or customer service – please let us know.  We’ll do whatever it takes to fix the issue.
At Sugar Momma’s we are passionate about customer service. If there is a problem, we want to make it right. We will gladly accept your order for return or exchange in its original unopened condition within 14 days of when you received it. If you think you may need to return or exchange an item, please keep the invoice that came with your order so we can authorize a refund or credit.

Returns for a refund can be mailed back to us via your shipping method of choice at your cost to the address above. Sugar Momma’s will refund the cost of the merchandise to the original method of payment. Regrettably, we cannot refund an order that is paid for with a money order; however, we can offer a store credit for the cost of the merchandise.
